Strengthen the psychological safety, collaboration and cohesion in a 6-week team learning journey
We believe that you can drive the change yourself. But we have made it easy for you to be inspired individually and to train skills together.
Through audio files, conversation starters, handpicked methods and practical exercises, you get simple and concrete support to improve. We work within four domains: Drive Dialogue, Leverage Diversity, Help Each Other and Handle Failure.
We have focus on how you communicate as a team. You get important topics to talk about, attention on areas to improve, and inspiration for skills you need to train. The choice of topics is based on research and fieldwork that documents impact. Among other things, we use Amy Edmondson from Harvard Business School and The Fearless Organization for measurement and method.
The learning journey is designed so it can easily be adapted to your team. It is suitable for combining with a team day, where you get together physically.
